4. Ordering and Payment

4.1. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product.

4.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

4.3. Payment is due at the time of ordering. We use WooCommerce to process payments securely.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. We use PostNord for shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We aim to ship out our products within 2 days.

5.2. Risk of loss for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

As a consumer, you have the right to return a product and get a refund within 14 days from the recival of the package.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us at StickCats Stickers of your decision to withdraw from this contract by contacting us via our website or mail stickcatsstickers@gmail.com. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we have recieved the returned product.

We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, no exceptions.

6.1 Exceptions to the Right of Refunds

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods and commissions made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Digital downloads.
