Do you ship to my country?

We ship to almost every country with the exception of Russia, Ukraine, Yemen, Israel, Sudan and Syria

Where do you ship from?

StickCats Stickers is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on where you live. In Europe the shipping time is 4-7 days wheras outside of Europe the shipping time is around 7-10 days. Domestically in Sweden the shipping takes 1-3 days. There are some exceptions, check the shipping times table down below.

How much is the shipping?

For worldwide shipping the non trackable option costs USD / EUR 4 wheras the trackable option is USD / EUR 11. With reservation for daily fluctuations for exchange rates.

If you were to order from Sweden where StickCats Stickers is located, the non trackable option would be 18SEK and the trackable option would be 58SEK

What’s the difference between trackable and non trackable letter?

Shipping is unfortunatly a great expense. To give you an option to spend less on shipping we are offering a non trackable option. As the name implies, neither you or us can’t track the parcel where it is in the world while shipping. If you want to be able to track your parcel, it’s a good idea to choose the trackable option in check out.

We do allow local pickup from markets located in Stockholm, Sweden. Please contact us for more information regarding local pickup.

Cancellations are allowed as long as it hasn’t been shipped and isn’t a custom order that we have already started.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

If the product is unused and in resell-able condition I do accept returns for the following 14 days of recieving the package. However the customer has to pay for return shipping.
